Betty Blue.
The Beneteau 50 was the work horse of the Caribbean charter fleets for many years. Overbuilt by todays standards the Beneteau 50s are still going strong after over 20 years of hard caribbean sailing and chartering. Betty Blue has 4 equal-sized double staterooms, each with en suite head and shower, and an additional forepeak cabin with twin berths and head which is seldom used by charterers. The Beneteau 50 cruiser is ideal for larger families or for up to 4 couples. She is a powerhouse with excellent performance both up and down wind and is totally comfortable in 20 to 30 knots of warm, whistling Caribbean tradewinds. Like all the Barefoot fleet boats, Betty Blue goes through and extensive set of checks every year to be sure she is safe and functioning correctly.
