Until now, the charter industry has not done a particularly good job providing comprehensive and transparent information for prospective charter yacht owners. We’re hoping to help change that.
Because of this, we’ve developed a set of Guides that aim to provide the information you need to make an informed decision of what yacht to buy, how yacht management programs work, and what financial outcomes you could anticipate.
In parallel with creating these Guides, we took a hard look at our traditional yacht management program. While this program has worked well for most of our owners over the years, we think we can do even better going forward.

The financial guides provide a detailed, 6-page financial analysis for each model and size of yacht, including 5 year projections of charter rates, revenue, expenses, net income to charter yacht owner, and Return on Investment, accompanied by a detailed explanation of the operational assumptions underlying the projections. To our knowledge, this is the most comprehensive and transparent financial analysis ever offered by a charter management company.
