It is very simple to sail, and ultra-modern in every respect.

The hull design is sleek and comfortable with large radius edges. A sexy, sharp bow delivers maximum upwind performance. The stable, flat aft and asymmetrical spinnaker gives way to an exhilarating, fast and fun planing experience.

The Melges 20 is extremely easy to sail with a crew of 2 to 5 depending on the wind and what you wish to do with her. She has an asymmetrical spinnaker which is gybed from the cockpit without a bowman and which is stored in a retrieval sock which runs the length of the cockpit. A spinnaker string retrieval system makes sets and douces very easy. This is the perfect family boat or fun boat for a small group of friends.
