    The Dock Crew

    The Turnaround Team is responsible for meeting each yacht as it returns from charter, inspecting the yacht and its inventory, checking all major systems as required, thorough cleaning and detailing, moving the yacht to and from its mooring in Blue Lagoon, and ensuring security and safety of the yacht while it is moored between charters.

    Head Dock Attendant: Garfield (Charky) Richards, Charky has been with Barefoot for 20 years and is our head dock technician dock master. in-charge of boat movements on and off the dock, dock assignments and cleaning personal deployment. Chalky has began to take trips out as a Captain and assists with boat systems briefing.

    Deputy Head Dock Attendant: Brent Cyrus

    Brent has been with Barefoot for 19 years as a turnaround technician in charge of boat movements on and off the dock, including guest departures and returns and movements to the dock for servicing. Brent has his ASA 103 certificate.

    Turnaround Technician: Bernard Thomas

    A favourite with our guests and owners, Bernard has been with Barefoot for 16 years. He does most of our sleep-a-board meet-and-greets and helps with detailing boats on turnarounds. A budding technician with a thirst for knowledge and high standards, Bernard takes every opportunity to learn from our technical team. He always has a big smile and is a very helpful and enthusiastic person.

    Turnaround Team: Addonna and Zonnique

    Addonna and Zonnique are Turnaround Specialists, responsible for carefully cleaning and detailing each yacht when it returns from charter. Both are committed to maintaining our owner’s investments as well as ensuring that each charterer boards a yacht that is fresh and clean.
